[plt-scheme] collaboration and virtual Scheme meetings?

Anyone know how hard it would be to add something like that to
DrScheme? I mean, DrScheme already has the "action" abstractin in
place, so it might not care so much about where the action originated
from (keyboard or packet listener)?
