[plt-scheme] cannot profile code

I cannot profile an application that I am currently working on. I am
using DrScheme 4.1.1 on windows.
Here is the error trace I get -
require: namespace mismatch; reference (phase 0) to a module "C:
\Program Files\PLT\collects\scheme\private\kw.ss" that is not
available (phase level 0) in: #%app

Anyway to debug this error ?
