[plt-scheme] change default-web-root to a different path

Hi all -

I did a quick googling but didn't find anything (sorry if I missed the
manual somewhere) - so here it goes:

How can I change the default-web-root so the web server doesn't run off of
the install path?  I'm thinking of moving the files to something more like a
/var/web/...
