[plt-scheme] ANN: dialog handling

Hi all,

This is only a "small" announcement. :-)
I have created a little module which can load an XML file
and create
a dialog window from it. The module also provides a simple
interface
to handle the widgets.
Nothing great, nothing new, but maybe interesting for somebody.
See the example files in the ZIP package.
I will use it in the SX modeller. It is still under development.
