[plt-scheme] PLT v4 pre-builds

The nightly builds page is updated[*].  Note that the distribution
specifications are still not correct, so the mzscheme and plt
distributions may have problems.  The "Full" distribution has no
problems, of course.

If you do try the mzscheme/plt distributions and you see something
wrong in the packaging (missing dependencies, most likely), then
please email me.  (Privately, I'm sure that there are a number of such
problems.)
