[plt-scheme] bug in SVN?

Hi

While trying to build the SVN version of MZScheme, I got this error  
several times:

it seems transcript-on is defined in mzlib/transcr.ss but it isn't  
being included. Not knowing enough about how the source code is  
organized, I turn to you for help.

My SVN revision is 8124.
