Have I got the term wrong? From the frtime docs:

(<proc> behavior ...) -> behavior

  FrTime provides "lifted" versions of most of MzScheme.  This means
  that these procedures may be applied to behaviors, and the result
  automatically recomputes whenever any of the arguments changes.
