[plt-scheme] Synthesizing music using Scheme...

This is a package developed by Rohan Drape at
www.slavepianos.org that implements a scheme interface
to rcsynth (a Super Collider synthesizer) over Open
Sound Control (osc) called rsc.  I am currently trying
to get it to run in my computer lab.
