[plt-scheme] New version of the Object Debugger

I have submitted version 1.2 to planet.  The new version has:

- Filter window hides actions on a class-by-class basis

- Double-clicking object names in left-hand pane automatically scrolls
to the object

I have updated the instructions at the website
(http://www.ccs.neu.edu/home/cce/object-debugger/); the new planet
package should be available soon.
