[plt-scheme] 369.1

MzScheme and MrEd are now version 369.1 in the SVN repository trunk.

The main change is the backward-incompatible change to units, as
announced previously:

There are still some corners to clean up, especially in documentation
for libraries that provide units, but I think most library changes are
in place.
