[plt-scheme-es] Mailing list issues

There is some unknown problem with subscribing and unsubscribing to
the mailing list.  As far as I understood, the server is ignoring
confirmation messages but operations that are done through the web
interface are fine.

I went over lists of names and tried to manually sort out some,
apologies if I made an error during this process.  If you have
subscription problems, please mail me directly.
