[CS241] Re: Funny VPs

Seemingly by coincidence, the actual tenses of the sentences where the
VPs are found to be 22 or 23 actually have main verb phrases of past and
present tense, respectively. It is clear in each case where 22 and 23
are detected, the main VP is not the selected VP, so we referred back to
the original stripped tree file.
