[CS241] no tense

That is a very frequent problem.  There are also cases where the VP is
detected as a NP. I would just mark them all as -1, even though they are
parsing errors.  It would take a *lot* of manual work to examine each
sentence - that should have been done properly by the parser in the
first place.
