[76] 146.94 repeater is back on the air!

  Hi Gang,

   The 146.940 repeater has been put back on the air from it's new home 
in Cumberland, RI!  The repeater is currently operating at slightly 
lower TX power than before, and off a 150 Mhz antenna.  The plan is to 
swap out the antenna ASAP (possibly this weekend weather permitting), 
and hopefully a larger power amplifier will be installed soon.

   Once again, thanks to everybody for their patience!  We'd love to 
hear some signal reports on how well .94 is doing from the new location.
